Paper People Double Breasted Military Sweater

I just brought in a whole bunch of this new sweater style! The sweater features little military inspired tabs decorated with all sorts of vintage, second hand and designer end buttons. Some are matched, some are mismatched, some are classic and some are fancy! I brought in a whole bunch in greys, blacks, greens and browns.

We love the small details and texture of these new necklaces from Electric Lollipop. They are lovingly textured by hand and finished off with Swarovski crystal. Each piece is a stunning work of art!

We are a huge fan of Space Cat's one-of-a-kind necklaces. She uses vintage and found materials and intricately weaves it all together to make her gorgeous pieces. Everybody should have a Space Cat necklace in their life!

Here at Fresh Baked Goods headquarters, we've been dreaming up amazing new fall dresses. One of our favourite designs is a trapeze style dress, featuring a higher waist and 3/4 sleeves. We've done them up in fabulous pin stripes, and all are lined with gorgeous bright, silky fabrics. You will fall in love with this dress once you try it on, we guarantee it!

We love this new dress from Whirl Girl. It's easy and breezy for summer, with a halter tie around the neck and a cute skirt. And the hand painted leaf detail is fabulous and really makes the dress special.

We are very excited about our ribbon tie dress. It's the perfect dress to throw on in hot weather and the back of the dress is gorgeous. We love the ribbon detail! This dress is so easy to dress up or down; wear it with heels or flats and you've got an easy, fun summer outfit!

We love the detail on our keyhole top. A bit flirty, but still modest, and finished off with a super cute button. This top is also super flattering on busty girls and not-nearly-so-busty girls. Amazing!

Stitchery-Doo!

We love to add those special details- whether it's delicate embroidery on a Spruce Clothing dress, or frantic stitching and button eyes on Norma W.'s super popular cardigans and bags, those one of a kind touches are what makes the products in our store oh-so-special!

Many of our designers use applique to make their cute stuff, but Cipolla designer Martina Taratini is the master (mistress?) craftsperson, making precise, beautiful intricate appliques like the brown bird on the light blue bag above. Keri Rounding is into making lovely intricate work as well. She has expanded beyond her hand felted brooches to include a line of embroidered tees and bags (the red squid in the top row and the aqua flowers in the bottom row are her work.) But, as is everything on this site, this is just a small sampling of the gorgeous stitched and appliqued details you'll find in the store! Come on in to Fresh Collective and have fun poking around! I don't care if pink is considered "too girly"! It's a colour that makes us girl's happy & there is a shade of it to suit everyone....and right now there is plenty of pink things in the store for Spring!

Charmain of Integrity Designs found the most amazing fabrics for her new spring bags. Personally, we love that there's a monkey and a pheasant (or is that a peacock?) and a flower all on one magical messenger bag. We think you'll love it too!



Her new laptop bags and purses also feature some super fun floral prints, perfect for this amazing spring weather. Each bag is one of a kind and they're all so cute, you might just want to get two!

Charmed for Spring

Odd Bird has taken the popular decorated domino pendants & added something extra to make them more "charming"! Each necklace set includes a corresponding metal charm & chain. Check out the charm details...so cute!

Embroidered Detail from Keri Rounding

We love Keri Rounding's pins and accessories because they remind us of little creatures. Amoebas, if we're remembering our grade school science lessons correctly! Don't you agree? And it's so great when science is cute and wearable!

. These felt pins are crazy and colorful and sure to be a great conversation piece. Wear one alone or cluster a bunch together for a super fun look. And yes, there are rings too! Fabulous!

And these pins would look great on a bag or coat collar. The pieces are all embroidered with multiple colors and are truly mini works of art. And science! Expect people to stop you in the street and ask what's crawling on your bag!

Swallows for Spring!

With the arrival of Spring we see (and hear!) the return of many birds. Why not celebrate it by adorning yourself with some feathered friends?

Odd Bird's newest offering for the Bric-a-brac collection is something that's not hard to "swallow", haha!

Tiny silver-plated swallow charms have been combined with vintage cellulose feathers to create the cutest Spring jewellery ever!

The earrings are hoop style....bold & big to get noticed whenever you wear them!

The earrings come in pretty pastel colours: Pink, green, pale turquoise...so hard to choose just one! You may want a few to go with all your Spring outfits.
